Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across most cities in India.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Some remote or out-of-service locations may not be covered by our courier partners. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.

Delays

Deliveries may take longer due to:

Festivals, public holidays, or courier delays.
Weather conditions or natural disruptions.
Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes.

We will always try our best to ensure timely delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners and either resend the item or issue a refund.
