At Nehyr, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items such as sale products, personal care items, or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return. 

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@nehyr.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your location).

  • In case reverse pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item back to us. We will share the return address via email.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings & jewelry

  • Intimates/lingerie

  • Personal care products

  • Customized or made-to-order items
