Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Certain items such as sale products, personal care items, or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact us at info@nehyr.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if available in your location).
In case reverse pickup is not available, you may need to ship the item back to us. We will share the return address via email.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
